Vineyards are planted on terraced land situated on the southern side of the valley, in a straight-ranging between 400 and 650 meters a.s.l..
The training system is Guyot.
The soil is of glacial origin, mostly sandy, acidic.
The yields in 2010 amounted to 40 tons of grapes per hectare (about 30 hectoliters in wine).
The winemaking: the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed very softly; fermentation takes place in steel with medium long maceration, from 15 up to 35 days.
To respect the right of each collection period small plot vineyards are vinified separately according to the different range of altitudes.
It is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels allier 20-30 hectoliters and a small part and in 225 lt.
The vinification of the different vineyards continue their refinement separately until bottling.
Only here the assembly that exploiting the complementarity of wines from a different altitude bands creates a wine with great balance.
