Produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes harvested in boxes and left to dry for about forty days, then fermented for two weeks. After a passage in steel barrels, the wine matures for about 15 months in oak barrels (capacity 550 liters). Subsequently bottled, it is left to rest for a minimum of eight months before being marketed.
