Vinification: floating cap fermentation in stainless steel drums, manual fulling, manual pumping over without the use of pumps, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel barrels.
Aging: 2 years in stainless steel barrels, 1 year in terracotta amphorae, minimum 2 years in bottle.
Tasting notes: the pleasant bouquet of small red fruits contains beautiful notes of violet. Pleasant freshness on the palate. Perfectly typical finish that fully expresses the territory.
