Plozza PASSIONE SFORZATO DOCG

This wine we produce from dried Nebbiolo-grapes is extended for 12 months in new, toasted French oak barrels before being refined three years in chestnut wood barrels.

Passione has an intense purple colour, a sophisticated and decidedly fruity bouquet associated with an agreeable hint of vanilla and roasting aromas and reminiscent of fresh bread crust, and a full, noble body.

The longer the bottles are laid down, the more varied the aromas become.

Passione can be kept for 15 to 20 years.

Passione makes an excellent accompaniment to rich meals of red meat, cheese and Veltlin specialities.
