Williams is a variety of pears that, thanks to its characteristics, has made this brandy the queen of fruit spirits. The fruit distillate, as well as that of marc, requires careful and particular care ranging from the selection of the raw material, to the conservation of the product, up to the distillation phase which takes place with the bain-marie method, in the traditional Trentino discontinuous still. The distillation includes the peel and the pulp with the aim of keeping intact the aromas and the natural flavor of the pear to arrive at a soft and fruity product.
