Poli Grappa Traminer

Grappa di Traminer "Po 'di Poli Aromatica" by Jacopo Poli is produced with pomace of healthy gewürztraminer grapes and which have absolutely not been treated with heavy pesticides or chemical herbicides. It is distilled by hand, in small batches and with a bain-marie still and discontinuous cycle. Jacopo Poli's aromatic grappa is excellent for warming up cold winter evenings, but it can always be tasted during an evening chat with friends.
