Poli Grappa Oro

60% merlot / 40% cabernet; stored in small 225-liter Allier barrels

It exhibits a brilliant golden texture, with straw and silver reflections; superb clarity.

At first, the nose discovers unexpected and sparkling aromas of green, red and jalapeño pepper: swirling in the glass, in contact with oxygen, it releases moderate notes of wood and resin, with more subtle notes of parchment, mint, graphite and paraffin .

The first contact is pleasantly oily, soft, minimally sweet; on the palate, hints of oak, vanilla, cream, olive oil and butter are released.

The finish is clean, bitter-sweet, oily with a trace of black pepper.
