Spumante Brut Rosé Nebbiolo - Rainoldi

Faithful to traditional "Méthode Champénoise" this is the result of a carefully prepared wine base chosen for its very particular characteristic.
It is a dry sparkling wine which should be drunk chilled and is especially appreciated as an aperitif, of with hors d'oevres based on fish and shell fish, or to underline festivity with its sparkle.

Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca), vinified in rosé.
Colour: light pink.
Bouquet: dry, very lively, exquisitely fresh and fragrant.
Perlage: continuous, with a fine and rich froth.
Serving temperatures: 8-10 °C.
