The Riserva Sassi Solivi is obtained only in the good years, it is made by 100% Nebbiolo grapes carefully selected.
The wine is made after a light drying of grapes, it matures for 24 months in small oak barrels from 10 hectoliters.
The aging in the bottle is at least for six months, that gives this wine a roundness and an extraordinary elegance.
