The commitment of the winery Fay is aimed to the enhancing of the individual vineyards that, according to the peculiarities of soil and altitude, giving rise to different wines and strong personality.
The farm Fay was founded in 1973 through the work of Sandro Fay that, starting from a small family wine production, he decided to develop this activity. In 1971 he began the construction of the corporate headquarters in San Giacomo di Teglio; in the subsequent years the vineyard area of the farm was extended with the amalgamation of several plots. Since 1998 joined to the company Sandro's son an daughter: Marco and Elena.
The Fay vineyards extend over a total area of about 13 hectares; according to the family tradition, the company is strongly linked to the sub Valgella area, where the winery focuses almost all its production.
