Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
The vineyard: vineyards facing south, south-east and in the municipalities of Poggiridenti Tresivio; loose weave, poor in organic matter.
The vinification and aging: the grapes are harvested by hand, conferred unpressed in small vats, destemmed day. Fermentation maceration for 12/15 days, racking begins aging in French oak barrels for two years.
The wine: red garnet; frank with ripe fruit; Body and harmonious; tannic with good persistence on the palate; ready.
