The winery Leusciatti Bruno produces Sassella wines from three generations by about 3 hectares of vineyards planted with Chiavennasca (Nebbiolo).
During the harvest, the grapes are carefully selected by discarding the clusters that are not suitable for the production of a quality wine. All and only the grapes from Leusciatti own vineyards, crushed and de-stemmed, left to ferment in chestnut barrels that are also used for the maturation and aging of wines.
