Baldelli Semele Valtellina Superiore DOCG

Semele is a Valtellina wine that comes from the love and the passion for the land.

We can perceive a very nice ruby red color, great fragance and elegance at tasting.

After a 10-day maceration, the wine matures in steel for 12 months, aging in oak barrels for the same 12 months and at least 6 months in bottle.

The final result is a wine that has a brilliant ruby color, aromas of violet and cherry, a warm, medium-bodied flavor, good freshness with a firm but well-integrated tannin.

Wine with a very good balance.

This is a wine to combine with grilled red meats and roasts. It also goes well with pizzoccheri and medium-aged cheeses.
