HARVEST: manual in boxes

HARVEST PERIOD: 12,15 October 2018

VINIFICATION: spontaneous fermentation without using selected yeasts, followed by a 22-day maceration on the skins

AGING: malolactic in stainless steel, subsequently in French oak barriques (75% 3rd - 4th passage barriques, 25% new barriques) for 12 months

ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 13.5% vol.
