VIGNA LA CORNELLA Valtellina Superiore DOCG -Bettini

Red wine of great character obtained from the traditional wine-making of the Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) grapes harvested late in the Cornella vineyards of the Fratelli Bettini, situated in a very favourable position in the Valgella production zone. Produced separately in excellent years in numbered bottles, it is a wine similar to the Sforzato; less alcoholic but with particular fragrances, harmonic and with a subtle bouquet.

Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca).

Colour: garnet red.
Bouquet: wild fruits and nuts.

Serving temperature: 18-20 degrees.

FOOD MATCHING:  excellent with game, it fits to long ageing.
