Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo.

Production area: Common of Sondrio - Le Prudenze locality.

Alcoholic content: 13,4% Vol.

Colour: ruby red with nuances tending to garnet.

Perfume: Fruity, hints of plums, strawberry of forest, black currant. Aromas tertiaries: graphite, tobacco and isolated bark of oak.

Taste: dry and warm. The smoothness initially perceived balance acidity and tannins which ensure a long ageing.

Serving Temperature: 18° C. We recommend uncorking the bottle a bit before the service. Serve in glasses of good size.

FOOD MATCHING: in addition to typical dishes Valtellina, matches very well to dishes substantial of Italian cooking and not, as roasted meats, poultry, Game, hard cheeses.
