Directly from the vines of Contrada Moroni, here is our first reserve of 2019

GRAPES: Nebbiolo 100%

VINEYARDS: Sondrio, loc. Moroni, two vineyards located at 660 and 690 meters above sea level. We are above the limit of the Sassella subzone, south-east exposure

HARVEST: manual in boxes

HARVEST PERIOD: 2 November 2019

VINIFICATION: spontaneous fermentation without the use of selected yeasts, followed by a 25-day maceration on the skins

AGING: malolactic in stainless steel, subsequently in French oak barriques and tonneaux (70% 4th-5th passage barriques, 30% new tonneau) for 24 months

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.
