Production area: Valtellina Superiore: Sondrio

Grape varietys: 80% Chardonnay; 10% Sauvignon; 10% Muller Thurgau

Vinification: The grapes are harvested in wooden boxes and lightly dried up for 18-20 days, follows pressing of the whole grape, fermentation and 6 months refinement in new wooden barrels

Main peculiarities: Bright yellow colour; elegant scent with ripe fruit smell(apple, apricot, and banana);balanced and bodied taste.

FOOD MATCHING: Meats, pasta and risotto with fish, grilled crustaceans, roasted fish.
