Grape variety: Nebbiolo, 100% dried up

Yield per hectare: 26 hl

Vinification: Grapes dry up untill January; pressing, fermentation with 18 days soaking of the peels on the most, 15 months maturation in new wooden barrels and12 months bottle refinement

Main peculiarities: dark pomegranate red colour; striking varied aroma with spicy and fruity smells and dried flowers scent; soft, warm, full bodied taste, with strong raisin and preserve feelings.

FOOD MATCHING: meditation wine, goes well with cheese rather dry (Bitto 4-5 years).
