The grapes for this wine are meticulously selected and then left to dry on racks.

The pressing of the dried grapes takes place in January.

This Sforzato ages for 18 months in oak barrels and a further six months in the bottle.

It is a full wine that gives intense notes of morello cherry accompanied by pleasant floral scents, such as violet.
