Vinification:
The grapes are carefully selected and then left to dry on racks.

The pressing takes place between January and February.

Aging:
18 months in oak barrels,

6 months in bottle

Alcoholic content: 14.5 - 15 % Vol.

FOOD MATCHING: outstanding meditation wine; it is perfect accompanied with aged cheeses (Bitto of 4-5 years).
