We are pioneers when we talk about “Sforzato”.

In 1946 we were the first wine producer to introduce the classical “Sforzato” to the market.

Until today it remains a fascinating wine.

“Sforzato” is made of Nebbiolo grapes that are displayed on a wooden rusting.

Due to this natural drying, the wine has an alcohol level of about 14.5 volume percentages.

At the same time, this procedure reduces the acid level and creates specific flavours that make “Sforzato” an incomparable and very soft wine.
