Harvest and vinification: the grapes are collected in boxes and left to dry in a well ventilated area for about 3 months. Vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Ageing: 20 months in oak barrels 7:10 hl

Color truly exceptional excellent clarity, as well as its color. Also good intensity. The intense ruby ​​red wine of this fascinating and presents them in his youth and complexity.

Approaching the glass nose was caught immediately by an outpouring of well-harmonized between hints of fruit (cherries, fresh plum) and smells really inviting, such as purple and tantalizing bouquet of spices nicely. Great is his sincerity, intensity and harmony. Perfume definitely very elegant. The wine is fascinating in its "freshness complex." The wine has a great body with a great intensity. Its structure rich and complex allows him to have those right tannins, for nothing annoying, able to give both a worthy longevity that an appropriate ability to be excellent combination of wine with a pleasant dish.
