The grapes: 95% Nebbiolo 95%, with rossola, pignola, brugnola.

Alcohol: 13%Vol.

Colour: ruby red with garnet reflections.

Perfume: complex wine of good intensity. Scents of undergrowth, foliage, violet, raspberries.

Taste: ready for drinking, is fairly soft, velvety with tannin. good acidity that gives crispness. Wine of long persistence in the mouth.

Serving Temperature: 16-18° C.

FOOD MATCHING:combines perfectly to Polenta with the sauce of roe deer, red meat in wet or braised meat, semi-hard cheeses.
