Production area:It includes the whole wine-growing area of Valtellina D.O.C., mainly the least sloping grounds.

Grape variety: Nebbiolo 100% (partly dried)

Yield per hectare: 32 hl

Vinification: Fermentation follows a 3 days maceration of crushed grapes; eight-months ageingin steel.

Main peculiarities: Bright ruby red colour.
Fragrant and fruity scent with wild fruits smell, agreeably dry and fresh flavour.

 FOOD MATCHING: It is ideal with pizzoccheri, sciatt, chisoi, the main typical valtellina dishes.
