Grapes: Nebbiolo 90%, 10% aboriginal grapes from Valtellina (Brugnola, Rossola and Pignola)
Vinification: it is fermented 8 days reassembly to the temperature controlled of 30°. Then it goes into oak vats for malolactic fermentation
Maturation: 6 months in inox vats of 30 hl, then 6-8 months in bottle
Colour: Bright ruby
Perfume: Fruited, with floral notes, rose and violet. There are scent of redcurrant too, wild strawberry and raspberry.
Taste: Dried and lightly tannic, typoical of this wine
Food Matching: This is Typical wine for frugal snacks. Excellent with Valtellina's meals.
Temperature and service: Open a bit before serving in medium wine glasses at 16/17 C°.
