Wine from smaller and rocky sub Valtellina Superiore of which extends into a series of terraces clinging on bare rock.

Red slightly rough in his youth, tends to soften with age and is distinguished by particular characteristics of perfume and body.

 
Percentuale uva: 100% Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca).

Grado Alcolico: 12%vol.
 
Colour: brilliant red ruby.

Bouquet: delicate, hazelnut, ethereal.

Taste: frank, rightly tannic, harmonious.

Temperatura di degustazione: 16° - 18° C.

FOOD MATCHING: excellent with red meats and game, is also married to cheese.
