Rainoldi Sassella Valtellina Superiore DOCG

It is the product of the best known of the four sub-areas in which it is divided the Valtellina Superiore zone.

Red wine with particular characteristics of harmony after two or three years.

For along aging it is advised to take the bottle lying down in a cool and constant temperature.

Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca).

Alcoholic content: 12% vol.
 
Colour: red shell with orange reflections.

Bouquet: distinctive, intense, with hints of oak.

Taste: smooth, velvety, robust and austere with a slightly tannic aftertaste.

Serving Temperature: 16° - 18° C.

FOOD MATCHING: it is particularly marked with red meat, although it is optimal with the first substantial dishes with cheese and seasoned media.
