Type of grape: Nebbiolo 100%

Colour: brilliant ruby-red, with some carnet reflections.

Perfume:  ethereal, variegated, with persistent notes recalling cherry, raspberry, strawberry and, less noticeably, withered violet, rose, prunes, tobacco, vanilla.

Taste: well harmonized tannic flavour. It is a refined, full-bodied wine, expressing a good variety of sensations: a mix of red fruits (cherry, raspberry and

Drinking temperature: 18° C.

FOOD MATCHING: this wine goes particularly well with meat, both red and white. It is also well-suited to flavourful first courses (such as polenta) and medium-aged cheeses.
