Grapes produced by members of the Coop. Agr. Triasso and Sassella in their terraced vineyards in the hamlet in Sassella Triasso, practicing the system integrated.

Sandy soil / gravel in which the vine produces limited quantities expressing the best in quality and nobility.

Vinified and bottled by Azienda Agricola "La Castellina."

Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo.

Colour: ruby red.

Perfume: intense, fruity with hints of spices.

Palate: dry, rightly tannic, austere, with good balance in the mouth.

Serving Temperature: 18° C.
