Production area: Sassella, Il Glicine vineyard. Teh vineyard is sistuated at 400 m. a.s.l. in the east part of the municipality of Sondrio, south exposure.
Harvest: 40 hl/ha. The grapes are picked in the third week of October.
Wine making: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for two weeks with maceration of six days. Malolactic fermentation in barriques, aging for twelve months in barriques.
Alcoholic content: 13.3% vol.
Total acidity: 5,42 g/l
