Pinot Grigio Sass Ter

This vine has found the ideal setting in Friuli: it yields elegant and fruity wines with a distinctive character.

The wine is obtained from grapes carefully selected directly at the vineyards. Such selection takes place in the respect of the utmost care and precision required by our wine experts. The vinification consists in the traditional «white method»: the grapes are gently pressed and destemmed, than follows the alcoholic fermentation at low temperature. After the stabilization procedure, the wine is bottled using modern technologies.

FRAGRANCE: intense, typical, with hints of apple, exotic fruits and citrus

FLAVOUR: fresh, balanced and persistent

Ideal throughout the whole meal, particularly recommended with cold cuts starters, pasta and gnocchi or with fish, white and boiled meats.
